Gibson's Custom Shop luthiers selected premium 9-hole weight-relieved mahogany for the body and capped it with a 2-piece carved maple top — a classic recipe for rich, sustaining, articulate tone that'll slice right through the mix.

Note: This guitar is Gun Metal Gray that looks black in the photos, but is a very dark "almost black". It is a metallic paint.
